VAT and any applicable taxes, governmental fees, authority fees, delivery charges, or third-party fees shall be applied according to the applicable laws and the terms of the official quotation, invoice, or agreement.

Falcon Power may update prices at any time before final written confirmation of the order. Price changes shall not affect confirmed orders unless permitted by the relevant quotation, contract, or applicable law.

Payment terms shall be as stated in the official quotation, invoice, purchase order, or signed contract. Falcon Power may require advance payment, milestone payment, full payment before delivery, credit approval, or other payment arrangements depending on the client, product, project, and scope.

The client is responsible for verifying the official payment details before making any transfer or payment. Falcon Power shall not be responsible for losses resulting from payments made to incorrect, fraudulent, impersonated, or unauthorized accounts where the client failed to verify payment details through official channels.

Falcon Power may suspend supply, delivery, installation, service, warranty processing, or documentation if payment is delayed, incomplete, disputed, reversed, or not received according to the agreed terms.

Fire safety products and systems may be subject to consultant approvals, Civil Defense requirements, authority approvals, project specifications, local codes, international standards, manufacturer instructions, and site-specific conditions.

Falcon Power may assist with product documents, catalogs, data sheets, certificates, technical submittals, or project coordination where agreed. However, final approval depends on the relevant authority, consultant, client, contractor, and applicable project requirements.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, Falcon Power does not guarantee that a product, document, drawing, submittal, or system will be accepted by a specific consultant, authority, client, or project unless the acceptance requirements are clearly provided, reviewed, included in the quotation, and confirmed in writing.

13. Cancellation, Changes, and Delays

Cancellation, modification, postponement, or change requests are subject to Falcon Power’s written approval and may be subject to charges, deductions, restocking fees, supplier fees, shipping fees, manufacturing costs, design costs, administrative costs, or any expenses already incurred.

Customized products, special orders, imported items, made-to-order products, approved project materials, installed items, opened items, used items, damaged items, and items ordered specifically for a client may not be cancellable or refundable unless required by applicable law or expressly accepted in writing by Falcon Power.

14. Returns, Replacement, and Refunds

Returns, replacement, or refunds are not automatic and shall be handled according to the applicable law, manufacturer policy, supplier policy, product condition, warranty terms, and the specific agreement between Falcon Power and the client.

  • The request is made after a reasonable inspection period or outside the agreed return period.

Any accepted return may be subject to inspection, approval, supplier confirmation, deduction of costs, and applicable restocking or handling charges.

15. Warranty and Manufacturer Responsibility

Warranty terms vary depending on the product, brand, manufacturer, supplier, type of defect, usage conditions, installation method, maintenance history, and documents provided with the product.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:

  • Product warranty is subject to the relevant manufacturer or supplier warranty terms.
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized repair, negligence, accidents, external damage, improper storage, abnormal environmental conditions, electrical faults, water damage, corrosion, consumables, or normal wear and tear.
  • Warranty may require inspection, serial number verification, proof of purchase, and technical report.
  • Warranty does not automatically include removal, reinstallation, site visit, delivery, transport, testing, commissioning, or third-party costs unless expressly agreed.
  • Any warranty claim must be submitted promptly with full details and supporting evidence.

Falcon Power will make reasonable efforts to support valid warranty claims, but final warranty approval may depend on the manufacturer, supplier, inspection result, and applicable warranty conditions.
